RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Preparation, checking and booking of invoices;
  • Preparing and checking payments;
  • Executing the entire debtor process;
  • Coordinating/invoicing sales;
  • Booking of depreciation and/or provisions
  • Preparatory work for, among other things, the VAT return;
  • Other administrative tasks

YOU HAVE

  • HBO work and thinking level preferred
  • An ability to work independently and proactively
  • A penchant for accurate and solution-oriented work
  • Proficiency in excel and a willingness to learn new systems
  • Fluency in English as well as Dutch
  • Availability 32 hours a week

    Contribution to the organization


    As a (Medior) Sales Executive you will be responsible for bringing in new customers and supporting the Sales Lead for key accounts. You have the drive and ambition to realize accelerated growth together with the Sales Lead year-on-year. These accounts will initially be within the Benelux and eventually across all of Europe. You will build and manage your own end-to-end sales funnel and are able to advise the customer in choosing the right solution.

    Tasks & Responsibilities

    1. Sales process

    • Establish business opportunities (cold acquisition, lead generation, and networking)
    • Maintaining a structured sales pipeline
    • Preparing and conducting product pitches
    • Collecting input for a product demo and communicating this to the product team
    • Writing of proposals
    • Conducting contract negotiations.

    2. Accounts

    • End-to-end responsible for your own accounts and revenue
    • Support to Sales Lead for key accounts.

    3. Stakeholder management

    • Liaise with the various internal departments involved: product, legal, finance, project managers, marketing, helpdesk.

    • Number of customer contacts
    • Contact order conversion
    • Realized revenue

    Full Stack Developer

    Full-time, Temporary

    Location: Nijmegen or Amsterdam (Remote during Covid)

    Digitization of the agricultural sector is accelerating. Besides providers of food, livestock is an increasingly big producer of data. Integration with automated systems like milking robots, test laboratories, registration of movements of animals and their complete life cycle, medicine usage, and real-time health and location measurements to maximize production, produces and requires large amounts of data. With this data, the sector can increase animal welfare as well as create a multitude of insights for farm suppliers, food processors, retailers, and consumers.

    FarmTrace/VSM is a key player in this sector. We collect and combine data from various sources and supply our customers with tools to support their businesses. 

    We use a variety of tools and languages. Currently, all our apps are being written in a client-server architecture with modern .Net technologies. We use C# for our various APIs and Angular Typescript for the frontends which are mainly Progressive Web Apps, all built on top of an Azure platform.

    You will

    • Build applications in close collaboration with the FarmTrace and VSM product teams
    • Work on various layers of the stack, primarily in C# and typescript
    • Collaborate with other developers and internal stakeholders to create reliable products and solve customer needs

    You have

    • 5 years+ experience as a full stack developer
    • Fluency in a variety of programming languages and frameworks, including C# based APIs, and Angular Typescript for frontend progressive web apps
    • A results-oriented mindset and a meticulous approach to thorough testing
    • An ability to communicate with our clients without them feeling they are being spoken to in a foreign language is a big plus.
    • Knowledge of modern development methodologies is a must. Robust working knowledge of Git, Jira, or similar tools.

    Nice to have

    • Fluency in Dutch as well as English
    • Education in computer science
    • Knowledge and experience with Azure
