Vacancy: Senior Sales Executive

FarmTrace is a leading AgTech company revolutionizing the way farms operate. We offer a robust data platform that empowers farmers to optimize their operations, maximize yields, and improve profitability. We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Lead to join our growing European team and spearhead sales of our innovative data platform solution

In this role, you will:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the European market, identifying and qualifying high-potential leads.
  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers at animal health, feed, cooperatives, and agricultural organizations across Europe.
  • Deliver impactful product presentations, clearly communicating the value proposition of the FarmTrace data platform.
  •  Negotiate and close complex B2B Enterprise sales deals, exceeding sales targets and quotas.
  • Manage a pipeline of leads, nurturing them through the sales cycle from initial contact to closed deal.
  • Partner with product and technical teams to ensure a seamless sales experience for customers.
  • Travel throughout Europe to meet with potential and existing customers.
  • Represent FarmTrace at events and trade shows

You are a perfect fit if you have:

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in B2B Enterprise software sales, preferably within the AgTech industry or a related technical field.
  • A proven track record of exceeding sales targets and closing high-value deals.
  • In-depth understanding of the European agricultural landscape and the challenges faced by farmers and across the food value chain.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor your approach to diverse audiences.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to navigate complex B2B sales cycles.
  • A data-driven mindset with a passion for leveraging technology to improve agricultural efficiency.
  • Fluency in English and at least one major European language (German, Spanish, French etc.) is a plus.
  • A self-motivated and entrepreneurial spirit with a relentless drive to succeed.
  • Enjoys working in a fast-paced and growing AgTech company
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Experience traveling and working independently is a plus.
